The Enrollment & Registration Process:
*If your child is a NEW/PROSPECTIVE student, you must start at step #1.
**If your child is a CURRENT/RETURNING student, you may skip to step #3.
FOR NEW/PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS WHO DO NOT CURRENTLY RESIDE IN OUR DISTRICT, PLEASE REVIEW OUR INTERDISTRICT TRANSFERS PROCESS BEFORE PROCEEDING BELOW.
1. Submit an INTEREST FORM.
The Interest Form notifies district office administrative staff of your interest in enrolling your child at either Kit Carson School or Mid Valley Charter. (If you are interested in enrolling at the KCOE Pre-School OR Kings Valley Academy, please contact those schools directly.) Once your interest form has been reviewed, one of our staff members will contact you.
PLEASE NOTE: Completion of this form does not guarantee enrollment.
2. Complete your new student REGISTRATION.
After you have received confirmation from a district office administrative staff member that your interest form has been reviewed and approved, you will be given specific instructions on what is required to complete your child's registration. You will be required to submit several documents electronically, so it is recommended to complete this step on a computer rather than a mobile device, if possible.

3. ENROLL your student.
All students must be enrolled before they can begin attending school. Students will not receive their class teacher assignment or be assigned morning/afternoon bus transportation unless the online enrollment is completed.
