I am proud to be a Kit Carson graduate, as well as a former 7th and 8th grade teacher! It is with great pride that I am now able to serve as your Superintendent/Principal.

On a personal note, I was born and raised in Hanford. I have been married to my husband, Jarrod, for 20 years and we have two sons, Preston and Kasen. I have been dedicated to the field of education for the last eighteen years. I have worked with students ranging in age from Kindergarten through 12th grade in a variety of roles. I started my career as a Reading Mastery Instructional Aide at Akers Elementary School and then transitioned to substitute teaching. I taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grades at both Kit Carson Elementary School as well as Pioneer Middle School. I served as the Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction at Lemoore High School for five years. For the last two years, I have served as the Principal of R.J. Neutra Elementary School located on the Naval Air Station Lemoore base.

I have a passion for helping each child reach their greatest potential and value the relationship between home and school.
