    What to do with Sight Words

    • Put sight words on flashcards and practice reading them. You can read them from a stack or tape them up around your house and read it whenever you see it. Hide them in places you see regularly like by your bed, a bathroom mirror, the refrigerator etc. 
    • Rainbow write your sight words using markers, crayons, pens, paint, pencils, or anything else colorful!
    • Use sight words in your writing to make complete sentences.
    • Look through books and do a scavenger hunt for a certain word or small group of words.
